Apple Cider Jelly
We make our Cider Jelly right on the farm. This is NOT a factory made product with a custom label!
We freeze our excess fruit through out the growing season. After apple harvest, we start making our preserves. We thaw the frozen berries, mill them into a puree, squeeze the juice, and then cook the berry juice with Hoch Orchard Organic apple cider.
Wine Grape Jelly
Taste the character of your favorite wine in our farmstead jelly. Foch and Frontenac grapes are grown in our vineyards. The grapes are pressed and cooked into pure wine grape jelly in our kitchen. The only added ingredients are sugar and pectin.
